Welcome to the "Body Blitz" Programme!
Hi, my name is Dawn Bell. I have been in the fitness industry for over 13 years working within local community venues and schools in Staffordshire.
The classes I teach range from Primary School aged children with dance based routines to the more mature person wanting to maintain their fitness levels.
I aim to deliver classes that are invigorating and challenging, yet fun!!

"DANCE AEROBICS"
A FUN dance inspired aerobic fitness class that will burn away those pounds.
"Dance Aerobics" fitness classes, suitable for all the family are held at Yoxall Village Hall on Thursday evenings 5.00pm-5.45pm and at Hill Ridware Village Hall on Wednesday evenings 5.30pm-6.15pm!
Class content includes a combination of basic aerobic moves with a dance style theme. Try anything from disco aerobics, tribal aerobics, cheerleading aerobics, salsa aerobics or bhangra/bollywood aerobics. Work as high or as low impact as you want and burn away those calories in a fun, easy to follow class.
Feel the music, let yourself go and guarantee yourself a great workout that's load of fun!

HULA FITNESS
"HULA HOOPING" - THE FUN WAY TO GET FIT & ACTIVE!!
"Hula Fitness" hooping sessions give both children and adults the opportunity to experience a fun alternative exercise.
Adult Hula Fitness sessions are based on simple, easy aerobic choreography whilst spinning the hoop continuously around the waist. A fantastic alternative cardiovascular workout which enhances your coordination, mobility, balance and endurance. A fun way to get fit and active!! All hoops
supplied.
